Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assumes significance as it permits company to engage in social welfare under the terms of Companies Act, 2013.

CSR is required for companies under the purview of below criteria.

• Net worth of Rs. 500 crores or greater, or
• Turnover of Rs. 1000 crores or greater, or
• Net profit of Rs. 5 crores or greater.
